KSrelief distributes aid to 1000 families in Panjshir

PANJSHIR (AIP):  The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief) distributed food assistance to hundreds of families in Panjshir province as part of its ongoing large-scale aid project in Afghanistan.

The food items were distributed to 1,000 internally displaced families, returned refugees, orphans, disabled people, and other vulnerable groups in Bazarak, the provincial center, and Shatal district.

The aid packages included oil, flour, sugar, beans, and rice, provided with financial support from the KSrelief and technical cooperation from the Tawheed Organization.

The distribution ceremony was attended by Panjshir’s Director of Refugee Affairs, Mohammad Raha Abrar; the Governor’s Office representative, Zabihullah Akbari, representative of the Rural Rehabilitation and Development Directorate, Nizamuddin Khaleqi and representatives of the King Salman Foundation KSrelief  and the Tawheed Organization.

Local officials and beneficiary families expressed gratitude for the assistance.

Earlier, the foundation had also distributed similar aid to 2,000 needy families in Kabul.
