People not responsible to give poppy advance

PESHAWAR (AIP): Afghan government has said that people who has taken money in terms of poppy from the dealers are not responsible to give it back, Radio Kabul reported.
The radio said that government has termed poppy as Un-Islamic and inhuman adding that no one should grow poppy....
