KUNDUZ (AIP): A man killed a woman in Taluqan, capital of Takhar province, police said Friday.
The incident took place in the  Wartaboz area of Taluqan City  when man shot dead a woman late yesterday evening, said Abdul Mubeen Safi, spokesman of Takhar police.
Security forces arrested the alleged murdere and started investigations into the incident.
Motives behind the murder were unclear. Ends
